John Perry

Founder & Principal

John is a trusted leader in the employee benefits industry with more than 25 years of experience. In 1998, he founded John Perry & Associates, now branded as JPA Benefit Solutions, an independent insurance agency dedicated to helping employers manage healthcare costs while supporting strong employee satisfaction.

Under John’s leadership, our team brings over 70 years of combined industry expertise and delivers personalized guidance tailored to each client’s needs. As an independent agency, we work exclusively for our clients—not the insurance carriers—giving us the flexibility to evaluate multiple markets and recommend the best solutions for your business.

John and his team are known for their exceptional client service and value-added support, including COBRA administration and HR assistance. They approach every relationship as problem solvers, not salespeople—taking the time to understand what matters most and delivering benefit strategies aligned with your goals.

 A lifelong Georgia resident, John enjoys playing tennis, gardening, and traveling.

David Grot

President of Client Services

David is the President of Client Services at JPA Benefit Solutions, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the insurance industry. He focuses on making insurance practical and understandable, helping clients navigate everything from claims to coverage decisions with clarity and confidence.

David is known for his thoroughness and ability to cut through the noise, ensuring that clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Whether he’s reviewing policies or working with carriers, his goal is always the same: to make sure clients are protected and well-served.

Outside of work, David enjoys time with his family and dogs. He’s often out hiking or camping, and when he’s home, he’s usually in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.

Holly Griesser

Senior Account Manager

Holly is a Senior Account Manager at JPA Benefit Solutions with more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits. She specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance, offering clear guidance and tailored solutions that align with each organization’s goals.

Known for her attentive service and deep industry knowledge, Holly is committed to building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional support throughout the benefits process.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring genealogy, and expressing her creativity through pottery and knitting.
